Gonzalez-Contreras, aka Gabriel Landeros-Flores, an alien, entered., attempted to enter, and was

found in the United States of America after having been denied admission, excluded, deported, and
17
removed therefrom at or near San Diego, California, on or about March 24, 1999, and not having
18
19 obtained the express consent ofthe Attorney General to reapply for admission thereto; in violation
20 of Title 8, United States Code, Section 1326(a), enhanced by Title 8, United States Code, Section
1326(b)(2).
