meritorious. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that, for the reasons set out in Defendant's Motion, the status conference is rescheduled to December 3, 2007, and the parties may participate telephonically. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the period of time from September 17, 2007 through and including December 3, 2007 be excluded from the period of time within which trial must commence under the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3161 et seq.
