ORDER RE-INSTATING SUPERVISED RELEASE

A petition for revocation of supervised release having been filed and hearings held with the defendant and counsel present, and the defendant having previously admitted violation of standard condition #7, IT IS ORDERED re-instating the defendant's supervised release for a term of TWENTY-EIGHT (28) MONTHS, to date from December 31, 2005, under the standard conditions of supervised released as stated in the General Order 05-36 and the following special conditions: 1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer. You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer, electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner. You are prohibited from making major purchases, incurring new financial obligations, or entering into any financial contracts without the prior approval of the probation officer. You shall participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer which may include taking prescribed medication. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer. You shall reside and participate in a community corrections center or 12-step based halfway house as directed by the supervising probation officer for the remainder of your term of supervised release. While at the program, you must comply with all program rules. You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages. You shall pay restitution in the amount of $4,072.00 in monthly payments of not less than $25.00, due by the 5th day of each month, with credit for monies previously paid. You shall not commit another federal, state or local crime

during the term of supervision; and, you shall abstain from the use of illicit substances. Upon oral motion of the Government, IT IS ORDERED dismissing the remaining allegation (allegation B) as set forth in the Petition. The defendant is advised of his right to appeal within 10 days. DATE DISPOSITION IMPOSED: June 21, 2007
