A petition for revocation of probation having been filed and
hearings held with the defendant and counsel present, and the
defendant having previously admitted violation of special condition
#1 and standard condition #3,
IT IS ORDERED revoking the defenda.nt's probation and
the defendant, Tina Marie Shockey, shall be committed to the
custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of FOUR (4) MONTHS, to
5 run consecutive with the sentence imposed in Maricopa County
A i Superior Court case number CR2000-001458. .
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED upon release from imprisonment, the
defendant shall be placed on supervised release for EIGHTEEN (18
MONTHS. while on supervised release, the defendant shall comply
with the standard conditions of supervision adopted by this Court,
in General Order 99-9. Within 72 hours of release from the custody
of the Bureau of Prisons the defendant shall report in person to
the Probation Office in the district to which the defendant is
released. Defendant shall comply with the following additional

conditions:
1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer

in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include
testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost
of treatment in an amsase to be determined by the probation
officer.
2. You shall abstain from any use of alcohol or illegal
substance.
3. The defendant shall pay restitution in the amount of $812.64 the
to Albertson's and $410.66 to Food City. Payments are to be
made through the Clerk of the Court's Office.
The defendant is remanded into the custody of the United
State's Marshal's Service.
The defendant is advised of her right to appeal within 10
days. I k
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED unsealing the entire file in this case.
