individual capacities. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion at Docket No. 75 is granted. The Clerk of the Court is hereby

ordered to correct the civil docket in this matter to indicate that Defendants Arpaio and the Maricopa County Board of

Supervisors are sued in their individual and official capacities and that the other named Defendants are sued in their individual capacities. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall forward a corrected copy of the docket report in this matter to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. DATED this 14th day of November, 2005.
