The Commercial Liability program will come up for renevvai April l, 1999. ln order to provide you with
the best possible renewal quote we will need the following
1. Loss runs valued as of 12-31·98 for losses excess of $250,000.
2. A copy ofyour monthly fatal and serious report to Lexington valued as of 12-31-98.
3. Estimated , sales and payrolls for 1999
4. Truck & Trailers totals for 1999
5 Miscellaneous information for 1999
6. Number of rental transactions 1998 and est. for 1999(if available)
7. Review named insured list for any changes
8. Annual report plus copy of your latest 1OQ
9. Any changes in your operations over the last year.
10. Any anticipated changes or amendments to the existing primary and! or umbrella policies.
In order to have the renewal specifications to the various markets in a timely manner we vvould request
you provide the above information by January 15, 1998. Regarding the financials, we will need
approximately 10 sets and Mike or 1 will pick these up from you sometime in January.
