ORDER

Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's "Request" (Doc. # 76). Plaintiff requests

that the Court send him service packets to effect service on three additional Defendants

named in his Second Amended Complaint. Plaintiff is mistaken that his "Motion to

Amend" (Doc. # 55) was granted on February 16, 2006.

The undersigned

recommended that his motion be granted. As a result, Plaintiff's request is premature, and will be denied without prejudice. When Plaintiff's Motion to Amend is definitively

ruled upon, and if it is ultimately granted, Plaintiff may seek additional service packets
22

at that time. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED THAT Plaintiff's "Request" (Doc. # 76) is DENIED.
