On June 26, 2006, Plaintiff EEOC filed a Motion in Limine to prohibit Defendant CGLIC from calling Cheryl Janes, Charles Burtner, and the unnamed Acting Director as witnesses at trial. CGLIC withdrew these witnesses from its witness list and notified the EEOC of their withdrawal on June 28, 2006. Consequently, the EEOC's Motion is moot. /// /// /// ///
