Plaintiff HomeTeam Pest Defense, LLC, and Defendant Pestube Systems, Inc., jointly request that the Court refer this matter to a Magistrate Judge for the purposes of conducting a settlement conference. The parties request that the settlement conference be held in December of 2005 because the parties believe the probability of a successful informal resolution is greater near the close of discovery, but before the parties file dispositive motions and begin trial preparations.
