HomeTeam Pest Defense, LLC moves the Court to continue this matter for an additional thirty (30) days without dismissal. The parties disagree regarding whether and how to memorialize the settlement reached at the December 20, 2005 settlement conference. Counsel for HomeTeam is continuing to work with counsel for Pestube to resolve this disagreement and respectfully requests an additional thirty days in which to do so. As soon as an agreement is reached, HomeTeam will notify the Court that this matter may be dismissed.
