Plaintiffs respectfully petition the court for position of the following:
Position one: Defendants state that there are two issues on which the law
is very clear..1. Cannot file foreclosure if plaintiffs are in an appeal pro-
cess and 2. cannot file foreclosure is plaintiffs are in litigation under Civ-
il Rights, discrimination suit. _
Both of above were in place. c
Please now provide the law that allows the defendants to be inviolation
of their own law as being protection of sovereign immunity.
Unless defendants allow for plaintiffs to sue, none can be granted.
Court Order of June 23 2005 is contradictory-on its own rulings.
It is evident that the court was fully aware of all reasons for dismissal 4
when plaintiffs filed their original complaint, why the delay of over one year?
Court expects plaintiffs to produce evidence that has been removed from their
files/records in violation of the Privacy Act 5 USC 552a.
Under these docu ented circu stances plaintiffs will proceed as deaned necess-
ary to finally address in proper Judical Systau of the obituaries of eight cases
4 that had died here within the Judical System of Federal Court, Phoenix Arizona.
Two survived and lived to be granted relief only in Districts Courts of Colu -
bia, Washington, D.C.
