18 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff DIRECTV, Inc. is awarded judgment on
19 its claims against defendant as follows: _
20 (1) Plaintiff is awarded a money judgment against defendant in the principal

22 (2) Plaintiffs second cause of action is dismissed with prejudice.

24 of action, defendant is ordered to return to Plaintiff all devices in his possession that were

5 this case is now decided as to all claims and all parties.
