19 its claims against defendant as follows: _
20 (1) Plaintiff is awarded a money judgment against defendant in the principal

22 (2) Plaintiffs second cause of action is dismissed with prejudice.
I 23 i (3) Plaintiff is awarded judgment against defendant as to plaintiff’s third cause
24 of action, defendant is ordered to return to Plaintiff all devices in his possession that were
25 W used or are usable to received DIRECTV satellite programming without payment of fees ·
