5 IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff shall file his Reply in support of his motion for
6 stunmary judgment (re: remand issue) and his Response to Defendants’ Cross—motion for
7 summary judgment, (currently due August 27, 2007) on or before Friday, August 3 I, 2007.
8 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Defendants’ time to file their Reply in support of
9 Cross—motion for summary judgment (currently due on September I0, 2007) shall be
10 extended correspondingly to Friday, September 14, 2007.
