IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED pursuant to the court's order of July 1, 2008, that judgment is entered in favor of the plaintiff and against defendant as follows: for equitable remedies in the amount of $21,020.65 in front pay, $129,777.61 in back pay, $21,343.86 in prejudgment interest, totaling $172,142.12 in equitable damages. Judgment also entered in favor of plaintiff and against defendant on plaintiff's compensatory damages in the amount of $280,000.00, pursuant to the jury verdict of August 6, 2007.
