The Court and counsel discuss a note received from the jury and a written response is given. 12:27 p.m. Court stands at recess. 12:20 p.m. Jury resumes deliberations. 1:15 p.m. Court reconvenes with counsel and jury present. The verdict reads as follows: "We, the Jury, do find: in favor of Plaintiff Alexander Jung against Defendant John Potter, Postmaster General, United States Postal Service on Plaintiff's claim of disability discrimination based on the Rehabilitation Act and do assess Plaintiff nominal or compensatory damages in the sum of $280,000.00. Special Interrogatory Form: 1. Has the Plaintiff proved, by a perponderance of the evidence, that the Plaintiff's disability was the sole reason for the Defendant's decision to change Plaintiff's work hours with no guarantee of hours and send Plaintiff home, or to require Plaintiff to use leave on unspecified dates? Yes." The Court DIRECTS counsel to confer on the issues regarding pay and advise the Court by filing a joint motion of their agreements. 1:25 p.m. Court adjourns. Time in Court: 24 mins
