The Court has granted Defendants summary judgment on Plaintiff's 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim on the basis of qualified immunity. The Court has remanded Plaintiff's remaining state law claims to state court. No claims remain pending before this Court. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED vacating the pre-trial conference and trial dates previously set in this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying Defendants' Motions in Limine [Doc. 43], Defendants' Motion to Strike [Doc. 58], and Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time to Submit Joint Pretrial Statement [Doc. 59] as moot.
