documents designated as containing confidential business information and produced by Verve in
the ITC proceeding. Specifically, I intend to file the documents and deposition transcripts I
relating to Verve's relationship with Omron, and Verve's lack of standing to sue, under seal in the
Texas and Arizona cases pending between Verve and Hypercom, and perhaps eventually in the
California case. Please let me know whether you would consent, in view of the fact that the
documents will be filed with the court under seal, or whether it will be necessary to bring a
motion. ”
