The parties hereby agree, stipulate, and request that the Court extend the deadline by which to complete discovery from July 31, 2006 to September 29, 2006. Good cause exists for such a request. Such an extension would accommodate counsels' conflicting schedules and upcoming trials. Additionally, an extension would allow the parties to adequately review, and to determine if more discovery would be necessary as a result of, the more than 90,000 pages of documents that have recently been produced.
