Message: Kurt: Yesterday at his deposition David Cornwall waived attomey-client privilege V
on all Titus files in which he and Greg Hancock were involved together. To the extent that such files
have not already been produced, I ask that your client provide the same to Mr. Goldiine. Mr.
Cornwall declined to waive privilege on any other tiles, but I do not believe that to be a problem
. since he testified that Greg Hancock never was, is not now, and never will be part of Riata West or
King Ranch or any ofthe associated entities. Since Meritage now has all Olympic documents, and f p
Hancock was not further involved with Cornwell in the other enterprises, I do believe that a g
discovery dispute exists any longer. I invite Mr. Goldiine to confirm that fact, or to further describe i
any categories of documents that he does not think he has received. Robert Frisbee
