23 On June 27, plaintiff Lane Sennett filed a Response and Objection to
24 Fleetwood's Bill of Costs. I
25 On July 7, 2006, Defendant Fleetwood filed its Reply to plaintiff Lane

2 A notice of settlement between plaintiff Lane Sennett and defendant
3 Workhorse Custom Chassis was tiled with the court on October 24, 2006.
4 On October 25, 2006, the court entered its order that the case would be
5 dismissed on November 27, 2006.
6 · Due to the favorable ruling on Fleetwood's Motion for Summary Judgment,
7 and the pending dismissal of this action, Fleetwood respectfully requests that the Court
3 rule on Fleetwood's Application for Fees, prior to dismissal ofthe action.
