This correspondence is to give you notice pursuant to F.R.E. 609(a)(2) that Workhorse intends to present evidence of Mr. William Trimmells criminal conviction for credit card fraud that

he admitted to during his deposition in Larry and Betty Mize v. Winnebago Industries, et aI.,
Case No. 1:05-cv-1513. See Mr. Trimmells deposition transcript at pp. 122:22-125:6.

As an additional courtesy, although not required by the rules to do so, we also reserve the right to question Mr. Trimmell about all of his prior lawsuits and prior inconsistent statements on his prior lawsuits at trial in the Sennett matter.
