as well as the original guideline range and the report and any attachments. The Court finds

supervised release should be revoked.

IT IS ORDERED revoking defendant's supervised release.

IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of

TIME SERVED, followed by Three (3) Years of supervised release under the standard conditions

adopted by this Court in General Order 05-36, with following special conditions:

You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer, electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner. You are prohibited from owning, maintaining or using a firearm. You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages. You shall participate and successfully complete the Elba House Program IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding the defendant to the custody of United States
