Defendant, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby moves the Court for an Order granting

funds for interpreter services pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §3006A(e)(3), Criminal Justice Act. The defendant

is requesting the sum of an additional $38.00 be authorized at this time for said services. The need is

as follows:

1 . I have been advised by Roger Schroeder, CJ A Voucher Review Analyst, that the present sum
19
granted by this Court for interpretive services has been exhausted. (By letter dated April 18, 2006). The
20
2 shortage is in the amount of $38.00.

22 2. Ido not anticipate additional services in this matter.
23 Defendant further requests that this motion and the subsequent Order be sealed.
