15 for pretrial motion deadline continuances, no objection from the government or co16 defendant, and good cause appearing, 17 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED continuing the trial of all Defendants 18 from May 1, 2007, to June 19, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in Phoenix, Arizona. This court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by taking 19 20 this action outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy 21 trial. This finding is based on the court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a 22 continuance would unreasonably deny the defendant continuity of counsel and 23 would deny the attorney for defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective 24 preparation, taking into account the exercise of due diligence. 18 U.S.C. § 25 3161(h)(8)(b)(IV). 26 28 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED extending pretrial motions deadline for 27 all Defendants to and including April 20, 2007.
