The United States, through undersigned counsel, respectfully gives Notice of Satisfaction of Judgment, pursuant to the Preliminary Order of Forfeiture issued by this Court on April 20, 2005, ordering that defendant forfeit the following property to the United States: $3,760.00 in U.S. currency seized on October 26, 2004 from the defendant; $6,240.00 in U.S. currency which represents a substitute res for the real property located at 6149 North 64th Drive, Glendale, AZ. On August 16, 2005, a check in the amount of $6,240.00, made payable to Immigration and Customs Enforcement was received, as a substitute res for the real property located at 6149 North 64th Drive, Glendale, AZ, and represents proceeds from the sale of the real property. The $3,760.00 was previously forfeited administratively.

On August 29, 2005, the defendant was sentenced, and the Court ordered that defendant forfeit $3,760.00 in U.S. currency, and $6,240.00 from the proceeds of the real property as listed in the plea agreement. Based upon the receipt of the check in the amount of $6,240.00, and the forfeiture of the $3,760.00 in U.S. currency, the forfeiture judgment against the defendant has been satisfied.
