release and the Court having found that defendant has violated the terms and conditions of

supervised release,

IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT defendant's supervised release is

REVOKED.

IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of
23
FIVE (5) months with credit for the time served in custody on this matter, which the Court believes
24
to be 33 days as of today's date. The Court recommends that Defendant be placed at an institution
25
in Oregon.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED sentencing defendant to a term of THIRTY (30) Months
27
Supervised Release upon defendant's release from custody.

SUPERVISED RELEASE Within 72 hours of release from custody of the Bureau of Prisons, you shall report in person to the Probation Office in the district to which you are released. You shall comply with the standard conditions of supervision adopted in General Order 05-36 and the terms and conditions previously imposed in this matter and the following additional special condition: You shall not be involved with gang activity, possess any gang paraphernalia or associate with any person affiliated with a gang. Defendant is advised of his right to appeal.
