IT IS ORDERED setting sentencing for September 26, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. before the Honorable Mary H. Murguia, Courtroom 505. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all objections to the presentence report be filed in accordance with the deadlines set by Rule 32(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any motions for upward departure, downward departure and sentencing memoranda shall be filed at least six (6) business days prior to the sentencing date. Responses are due three (3) business days prior to the sentencing date. Failure to comply with these deadlines will result in the Court continuing the sentencing date. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED any motions to continue sentencing shall be filed at least two (2) business days prior to the sentencing date. RICHARD H.
