A Petition for Revocation of Probation having been filed on November 28, 2005 and Defendant having admitted the allegation that he violated Standard Condition #7, allegation B of the Petition, and the Court having found that the defendant has violated the terms and conditions of probation, IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT Defendant's probation is REVOKED. IT IS ORDERED committing the defendant to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of TWO (2) MONTHS. Upon release from imprisonment, Defendant shall serve no less then ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) DAYS in Recovery Homes and the defendant shall be placed on supervised release for a term of ONE (1) YEAR. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED dismissing allegation A, a violation of Standard Condition #3, of the Petition. DATED this 24th day of May, 2007.
