Comes now the Defendant Jose Espiridion Efrain Jaimes Salgado In
Pro-se, requesting Information regarding the Status of his Motion
Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §2255, Case No. CV—04-3052-PHX-EHC (HCE)
since the Defendant has been transfered onto the California City
Correctional Center and he has not been able to receive any docu-
ments relating to his Motion from this Court nor from the Assist-
ant United States Attorney, as of this day, Thus the Defendant
hereby respectfully request and Petitions to the Honorable Judge
of thi District Court to grant his Request for copies of all Doc-
uments in file pertaining to his Criminal Case, as well as a copy
of the Petitioner's Motion to vacate, set aside or correct a sen-
tence by a person in Federal Custody Pursuant to Title 28 U.S.C.
§2255, including but not limiting to the Original Indictment, the
Minutes of the Court, copies of any and all Motions that the Def-
