Upon motion fo the Defendant, and good cause appearing therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Continue Sentencing is
17

GRANTED.

This Court specifically finds that the ends justice served by granting a continuance
19

outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial. This finding is
20

based upon the Court's Conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny
21

the defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation, taking into account the
22

exercise of diligence. Title 18 U.S.C. § 3161 (h)(8)(A).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED vacating the April 3, 2006, Sentencing date and
24

resetting the Sentencing for April 24, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. in Phoenix, Arizona.
