Pursuant to Defendant's Motion to Continue, the government having no objection and good cause appearing, to wit: defense counsel needs additional time to complete discovery, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting Defendant's motion and continuing firm trial to March 21, 2006 at 9:00 a.m., 2 weeks to a jury. The Court finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance outweigh the best interest of the public and defendant in a speedy trial. This finding is based upon the Court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the defendant

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED extending the deadline for filing motions to the 20th day of February, 2006. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED excluding 87 days beginning 1/3/06 pursuant to 18 USC 3161 as a result of this order.
