1 2 3 4 5 6 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 7 DISTRICT OF ARIZONA 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Whereas, on May 13, 2005, this Court entered a Preliminary Order of Forfeiture, ordering defendant to forfeit the property identified in attached Exhibit "A," AND, the Court further finding from an examination of the record herein that the United States, on June 23, 30, and July 7, 2005, published notice in the Arizona Business Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, of this forfeiture and the intent of the United States to dispose of the personal property in accordance with the law, and further notifying all third parties of their right to petition the Court within thirty (30) days for a hearing to adjudicate the validity of their alleged legal interest in the property; AND, whereas, notice was also served upon Miriam Ruth Segal, through her attorney, Bruce Blumberg; AND, it appearing from the record that no other claims, contested or otherwise, have been filed for the aforesaid personal property, further described in attached Exhibit "A, " the time allowed has expired and plaintiff is entitled to judgment of forfeiture with respect to the interests of all other persons. AND, the Court further finds that defendant had an interest in the property that is subject

2 to forfeiture pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 844(c), 924(d), and 28 U.S.C. § 2461. 3 4
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

That all right, title and interest to the property described attached Exhibit "A" is hereby

5 condemned, forfeited and vested in the United States of America, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 6 844(c), 924(d), and 28 U.S.C. § 2461, and shall be disposed of according to law; and 7 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States District shall retain jurisdiction in the
