WHEREAS Plaintiffs and Federal Defendants have filed a "Stipulated Agreement
Concerning Attorneys Fees," pursuant to which the Parties agreed that Federal
Defendants will pay Plaintiffs a lump sum total of $119,000.00 in full and complete
satisfaction of any and all claims for attomeys’ fees and costs of Plaintiffs for pursuing

this litigation through the date of the Agreement, the Court hereby orders Federal
Defendants to pay Plaintiffs through counsel Earthjustice Environmental Law Clinic a
lump sum of $119,000.00 in full and complete satisfaction of any claims for attomeys’
fees and costs that Plaintiffs may have in this case through the date of the Agreement.
