CR 04-069-1 PHX-SRB ORDER REVOKING SUPERVISED RELEASE

A petition for revocation of supervised release having been filed and hearings held with the defendant and counsel present, and the defendant having previously admitted violation of standard condition #4 [Paragraph A] and standard condition #16, IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's supervised release and the defendant, Alfonso Lopez-Davis, shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS. No further sanction of supervised release is imposed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Defendant shall pay a $100.00 special assessment, with credit for monies paid to date. The defendant is remanded into the custody of the United States Marshal Service.
