The Court having raised certain issues with respect to jurisdiction at the

disposition hearing on September 10, 2008.
15 Accordingly, 16 The Court orders the Government to file a memorandum within 30 days from the date 17 of this order regarding the Court's jurisdiction in the matter. Defendant is to file a responsive 18 memorandum 20 days thereafter and any reply memorandum is to be filed 10 days after the 19 responsive memorandum is filed. 20 IT IS ORDERED setting a further disposition hearing for November 10, 2008, at 11:00 21 o'clock a.m., or such other time as may be ordered by the Court. 22 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED withdrawing the Court's oral order directing the Defendant 23 to file a memorandum within 20 days with respect to his tribal probation and stipends. 24 25 26 27 28
