Plaintiff advises the Court that a settlement agreement has been reached as to defendant Dwight Lankford and the agreement is set forth in the record. The Court finds that this is a fair and reasonable settlement. 8:38 a.m. The jury is now present in the courtroom. The jury is advised that there has been a resolution of the case against defendant Dwight Lankford and as a result he has been dismissed from this case. Further, the jury is advised that this carries no implication regarding the case against the remaining defendants.
