Please take notice that because of various defaults under the Lease Agreement,
the Landlord has chosen to exercise its rights to re-enter and take possession of l
the premises, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes, Sections 33-362; 33-363
and the Lease Agreement. In addition. the @d1ord has chosen to assert its s
Landlords lien on all non—exempt property owned by Tenant, Century 21
Integrity. Inc., and any Sub··tenant or Assignee located herein. g
Effective with this 1-··e·ent1y and recovery of possession and assertion of lien,
take further notice that no Tenant or other party has any further right to enter !
or occupy this space or to remove any personal property located herein. and
- that any attempt by any party, including a locksmith, to enter without the
express consent of the Landlord shall be deemed an intentional and malicious
‘ trespass and dealt wi th immediately by all legal remedies available against both
the Tenant and any of its agents or contractors engaged in any such re-entry.
` This repossession and assertion of the Landlord’s lien does not constitute an
election of remedies by the Landlord nor does anything herein contained
constitute a waiver or relinquishment of any other right or remedy of Owner to {
deal with the default ofthe Tenant under the Lease or otherwise. '
