17 counsel undersigned’s presence is required in Orlando starting on October 18, 2005 in order to
18 make preparations for The Forum. The pending Motions which will be heard at the hearing
19 addressed herein essentially involve disputes between Kahala and Rilwala. Counsel undersigned
20 does have a Motion pending involving monetary sanctions that the Court invited, but anticipates
QI that his participation in the Hearing is expected to be minimal
