On June 27, 2005, pursuant to the request of counsel, the Court substituted attorneys Schwab, Ralph and Schreeder in place of attorneys Michele Rocawich and Ariel Weissberg for the Rilwala Defendants. (See Doc. #137). As a result, attorneys Rocawich and Weissberg are no longer counsel of record in this case and their representation has been terminated. Nonetheless, on July 25, 2005, attorney Weissberg file a motion on behalf of the Rilwala Defendants. The Court will strike this motion because, having been terminated from representation in this case, attorney Weissberg may no longer appear and represent the Rilwala Defendants. While this result would be true in any case, it is particularly compelled in this case wherein the Court denied a motion to disqualify Mr. Weissberg as moot because Mr. Weissberg voluntarily discontinued representation. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that the Rilwala Parties' Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Prosecute (Doc. #144) is stricken and the Clerk of the Court shall note in the record that Doc. #144 has been stricken. DATED this 27th day of July, 2005.
