In accordance with the Court's Order Re: Petition No. 9, the Receiver hereby gives notice of the intended sale of 57 shares of common stock of Zions Bancorporation, which stock is publicly traded on NASDAQ under the symbol ZION ("Stock"). The Stock was seized from defendant Annette Holt. The price of the Stock at the close of business on March 6, 2007, was $83.85 per share. In accordance with the procedures set forth in Petition No. 9, the Receiver intends to sell the Stock at market on or after March

27, 2007, through his broker, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., which will be paid a commission of $9.95 and the Receiver will pay all other fees and costs standard in the industry. If you have objections to this sale your objections must be set forth in a written petition filed with the Receivership Court and served on the Receiver not later than March 19, 2007.
