18 Environmental Quality (hereinafter "the State"), wishes to dismiss the above entitled action.
19 Defendant, GAC, Inc. (formerly known as Goettle Air Conditioning, Inc.), has complied with
20 each and every term of the Consent Decree filed to satisfy the State’s Complaint on November
21 19, 2003, in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in case number CV03
22 1822-PHX-JAT. Accordingly, the State files this Satisfaction of Consent Decree for the
23 purpose of dismissing this lawsuit.
