Friedman, individually and as trustee of the Friedman Family Trust UDT, and Hedy Kramer Friedman, individually and as trustee of the Friedman Family Trust UDT (collectively referred to herein as the "Friedmans"), defendants in the above-captioned case, hereby appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from the Order (denying the Friedmans' Motion to Quash, Vacate, or Strike Certification of Judgment) entered by this Court on August 1, 2008 [DE 206].
