18 before this Court at 401 West Washington Street, Courtroom 305, Phoenix, Arizona 85003, on
19 Monday, March 5, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. before Magistrate Judge David K. Duncan to be
20 examined, under oath, concerning said Defendant/Judgment Debtor's property, whether real,
21 personal or mixed.

6 checkbook registers, and passbooks, from July 2004 to the present.
3. Certificates and/or shares of stocks and bonds or mutual funds or other securities
7 owned or held by or for the named MESHKATAI from July 2004 to the present.
8 4. All MESHKATAI dividend statements and other statements from any security, bank or
brokerage firm, including without limitation, Morgan Stanley from July 2004 to the -
9 present.
IO 5. All DOCUMENTS regarding any certificates of deposit ("CDs") and/or money market
11 funds MESHKATAI has owned from July 2004 to the present.
6. All life insurance policies upon the life of MESHKATAI which were in force from
12 January l, 2000 tothe present. .
13 7. All insurance policies in which the MESHKATAI owns an interest.
14 8. All contracts, agreements, promissory notes, certificates of deposit, negotiable
instruments, pledge agreements and accounts receivable payable to, for the benefit of

16 from July 2004 to the present.
9. All deeds, contracts of sale, titles and liens upon or to real property wherever situated,
17 owned by (in whole or in part) andfor for MESHKATAI from July 2004 to the present.
18 l0. All automobile insurance policies of whatever kind in effect in the name of the
19 MESHKATAI from July 2004 to the present.
20 1 1. All property assessment notices issued to MESHKATAI from July 2004 to the present.
12. All certificates of title andfor bills of sale to automobiles, motor vehicles, boats and
21 aircraft owned by (in whole or in part) or held in trust for MESHKATAI from July

13. All financial statements and similar documents prepared by or for MESHKATAII
23 describing the assets and/or liabilities of MESHKATAI from July 2004 to the present.
24 14. All MESHKATAPS bookkeeping records from July 2004 to present, including,
25 - without limitation, the general ledgers.
26 15. All MESHKATAPS credit card records and bills from July 2004 to the present.
