Comes now the Plaintiff, Kim M. Cook, pro se, and respect-
fully requests that this honorable court appoint counsel for
this Plaintiff. Although this Plaintiff has presented the facts,
and replied to the defendants' pleadings, it is easier for the
ccurtt and defendants to address the merits of the claims when
presented by trained counsel.
The court may request an attorney to represent any person
unable to afford counsel pursuant to 28 USC 1915(e}. It would
benefit this court as well as the defendants to get a clear
and precise presentation of the facts and rulings on the merits
of the case in the interests of justice and judicial economy.
