Hazard, Jr. and John Toothman and (2) Reply in Support of its Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is November 4, 2005. The parties, through counsel undersigned, hereby stipulate and agree that Plaintiff/Counterdefendant Brown & Bain shall have to and including November 11, 2005 to file its (1) Reply in Support of its Motion to Strike Defendants/Counterclaimants' Expert Reports From Geoffrey C.
