Mr. Jaramillo hereby provides supplemental notice regarding the expected 22 date(s) of testimony by inmate witnesses and requests appropriate action regarding 23 the issued Writs of Habeas Corpus Ad Testificandum for Larry Joseph Prince, ADOC 24 # 058251 and Lino Flores, ADOC # 40338. 25 Mr. Jaramillo, Petitioner, through counsel, has decided not to call either Mr. 26 Prince or Mr. Flores as witnesses in this matter.
