16 On August 7, 2006, the Court signed its Memorandum of Decision and Order
17 granting the motions for summary judgment tiled by Defendant Automotive Investment
18 Group—Arizona, Inc. ("AIG") and Defendant CTVT Motors, Inc. d/b/a Camelback Toyota
19 (‘°Camelback Toyota"). On October 26, 2007, Plaintiff Ernest Jackson and Defendant
20 ABC Nissan, Inc. filed a Stipulation of Dismissal stipulating to the dismissal of all claims
21 by or against either of them with prejudice. Pursuant to the Opinion and Order and the
22 Stipulation of Dismissal, the Court enters this Final Judgment and it is ORDERED AND
23 ADJUDGED that:
l. Plaintiff ’s claims against Defendant AIG-AZ are dismissed with prejudice in
accordance with the Court’s Memorandum of Decision and Order dated August 7, 2006.
Plaintiff shall take nothing against Defendant AIG-AZ.

1 2. Plaintiff’s claims against Defendant Camelback Toyota are dismissed with
2 prejudice in accordance with the Cou1t’s Memorandum of Decision and Order dated
3 August 7, 2006. Plaintiff shall take nothing against Defendant Camelback Toyota.
4 3. Plaintiff’s claims against Defendant ABC Nissan and Defendant ABC
5 Nissan’s claims against Plaintiff Jackson are dismissed with prejudice pursuant to the
6 Stipulation of Dismissal filed by Plaintiff and Defendant ABC Nissan on October 26,
7 2007. Plaintiff and ABC Nissan shall bear their own costs and fees, including attomeys’
8 fees.
9 4. Defendant AIG-AZ shall recover its costs from Plaintiff J ackson pursuant to
10 Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d).
11 5. Defendant Camelback Toyota shall recover its costs from Plaintiff pursuant
12 to Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d).
13 6. Defendant Camelback Toyota shall recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees
14 from Plaintiff Jackson pursuant the Court’s Memorandum of Decision and Order dated
15 August 7, 2006, such claim for reasonable attorneys’ fees to be filed in accordance with
16 LR Civ. 54.2.
17 7. All writs and processes for the enforcement of this judgment may issue as
1 8 necessary.
19 8. This judgment finally disposes of all claims and all parties, except as
20 otherwise provided herein.
21 9. All other relief not expressly granted is denied.
