1 Plaintiff Lorillard Tobacco Company ("Lorillard"), by and through counsel
2 undersigned, hereby gives notice to the Court that Lorillard and Defendant Samir Esmail
3 Jado d/b/a Cigarettes R Us ("Jado") have settled Lorillard’s claims against Jado only and
4 will be submitting further, appropriate dismissal documentation to the Court to effect the
5 settlement within thirty (30) days.
