Tibsherany, Inc.) and the Gilbert Oaks Defendants (Gilbert Oaks 174, LLC; Gilbert Oaks 174 Limited Partnership; Robson Communities, Inc.; and Arlington Property Management Company) are dismissed with prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Gilbert Oaks Defendants' (Gilbert Oaks 174, LLC; Gilbert Oaks 174 Limited Partnership; Robson Communities, Inc.; and Arlington Property Management Company) Cross-Claims regarding the Cambria Project as against the Tibsherany Defendants (George F. Tibsherany and George F. Tibsherany, Inc.) are dismissed with prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants Gilbert Oaks 174, LLC; Gilbert Oaks 174 Limited Partnership, et al; Robson Communities, Inc.; and Arlington Property Management Company shall be removed from the case caption in this matter, as they are no longer parties to this action.
