consolidation. (Doc. #33, Ramirez II). On March 8, 2006 the Court held a discovery dispute hearing to address the issues raised in the Motion. (Doc. #112, Ramirez I). An opinion followed on April 18, 2006. (Doc. #121, Ramirez I). Although the opinion resolved the issues presented in the pending Motion, it did not term the Motion. Thus, the Motion will be denied. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion To Compel Discovery (Doc. #33, CV 042908) is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall docket this Order in both the lead and member cases. DATED this 26th day of September, 2006.
